Yoel A. (10th grade) continues to impress major talmedia chachamim with his insightful kasha on arbah amos konos:
The Gemara in Bava Metziah, Daf Yud Amud Aleph, quotes Reish Lakish that daled amos are koneh b’chol makom, (except in Reshus Harabim and Chatzer Shel Ba’al Habayis as the Gemara qualifies).
V’ain Lomar that he doesn’t have da’as to be koneh with daled amos, just like the Gemara answered by Pe’ah on Daf Yud, because the Gemara says since he fell on it, it’s a gilui day’teh that he didn’t want to be koneh with daled amos, but by rochev, he’s not doing anything abnormal, maybe he’s simply riding the animal he was just koneh with daled amos home?
We look forward to your answers, and we will respond Be”H.
